Theoretical Approach:

I am qualified to work from a Person-Centred, and integrative Gestalt & Transactional Anaylsis approach to counselling. I have received training to incorporate some Cognitive Behavioural techniques.

I am an Accreditted member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP). This is a professional body that informs and safe guards good practise and standards within counselling. As an accreditted member I have demonstrated my adherence to the BACP Ethical Framework, a high standard of training and experience in the field of counselling.
